블루투스까지는 연결되지만 그 다음으로 넘어가질 않습니다. Link to myasus를 아이폰에서 계속 켜놓았습니다. 하지만 문제가 발생되었다는 메시지만 표시됩니다. 동일한 wifi에 연결했는데도 같은 증상입니다.

華碩本身服務是很好，但App功能有夠爛的要兌換一個禮品一直跳來跳去手機一直不能用

線上客服對談到一半進入客服給的連結之後，再跳出來就回不去對談頁面了，這問題好久了沒改過

可以改一下登入方式嗎
可不可以讓登入方式支援生物識別（Face ID），不然每次登入都要輸入帳號密碼實在很麻煩
