You need to input your credit card and passport information before booking a flight - but you only find that out *after* your select your flight and hotel. it will not allow you to do it after the fact. Does not show previous flights that were cancelled and the cost. Did not notify me when my flight was cancelled - and I was at the airport at 4:30am. Everytime you call, they charge you at least $20.
App has huge bugs, their cancellation feature deletes the booking from your account but does not actually cancel the booking. Got charged ‘no show fees’ on everything - 6 months later still no resolution. Absolutely painful.
My company recently moved away from CWT. Unfortunately the app from the new company is garbage. Also a few of the popular ones in the App Store are not robust enough. I sent (using the email method) the same itineraries to 3 apps. MyCWT was flawless …100% correct and connected the many itineraries into one solid trip with all the stops and stays. The rest of the apps struggled. No one of them got it right. Although my company moved away from CWT I will still stick to this app. Don’t know how I would get organized without it. Time saver for us frequent travellers.
CWT is only adding stress to my travel. There is an issue almost every-time I book through them.
Good app but doesn’t support larger ipads and resolution isn’t crisp.
When will Canada be added to the list to allow booking through the app?
I don't know what I'd do without this app
It is long after I’ve arrived or left when there is an update to my itinerary that shows up on this app. Their system needs to keep up with the traveller. This app is useless at airports when trying to find gates or new flight times.
Can’t add comments to hotel for requests!
Anyone else experiencing this annoyance ???? Every time I try to open the CWT APP it crashes??
