Would be great if it sorted in distance order for hotels. I put in Shepherd’s Bush London and the first hotel it came up with was in central London

I recently have been trying to book a flight to Dublin for business and there is a technical problem preventing me from booking flights something to do with the payment method the virtual company card. This is really disappointing when you are booking for business.

Can only filter by star rating not by distance, price etc. Can only sort by price. Also when in map mode when in a big city none of the prices load so you have to click on each hotel, then click info and get price. Very frustrating in a big city like London when many places are sold out. Come to think of it, have a hide ‘sold out ‘ button. Evidence of little app development.

It works and I use it all the time

App works ok but frustrating that I can’t search for a hotel in a specified district of a city. Not very helpful for large cities

The system can be slow & non responsive at times with some sporadic issues, I am not overly happy with the app or the lead times/fix to an issue/problem. This is why it only gets a 2 out of 5. Needs some work to improve.

Direct via the accor Hôtel app I can get 88€ for refundable, breakfast, and loyalty and executive room I don’t see an exact offer the same...closest is one at 118€ So I downgraded for 96€ which is non refundable Ie worse for more.... This is not really an improvement in service this is the old fashioned rebate game not the new world of bulk discounts (Reason why this hotel is as next to client and saves a taxi) I was hoping that cwt would at least get a discount on Accor Call me if you want to know more Eegardangus

Pretty easy and good looking app to use, however I have two major annoyances that are more to do with ease of use. 1. When searching for a hotel, you can’t use a postcode. I travel a lot visiting customers, and often I want to pick the nearest hotel to them. Currently, I have to put their postcode into Google maps, find the road/town name, and then put this into CWT. Similar apps have no trouble with a postcode, I’d have thought this would be a pretty standard way to search for a hotel. 2. The dates that are automatically populated when searching for a hotel are a few days in the future. Often I’m booking a hotel for an evening of the same day, and have been caught out on the odd occasion where I turn up to the hotel, and the booking isn’t for another few days. It would just make sense for the search to start at today’s date, rather than a random date in the future. Otherwise like I’ve said before, it saves all your reward card/payment card details so you don’t need to remember those when making a booking, which is really helpful and speeds things up!

The app is really great, but I can only book hotels, which means I can’t book business trips where I don’t need a hotel.
