Convenient
I travel a lot for business and find this app easy to use, details are updated quickly from the travel agent and notifications are useful. Online checkin is good, there's drag and drop functionality so reference details can be easily added to the airline checkin website.
Amazing
I love the new app. The best part is including my personal travel. It is all in one place. Simply put, AMAZING I do wish however I could share my trips to social media
Very good app
I find this a very good app. It holds all my travel information, updates flights very quickly and gives some good information about my destinations. Very worthwhile having it on both my iPhone and iPad.

Worst travel service ever
Their travel services are substandard to other travel services, they book through Expedia and other websites, causing business travelers to not receive points from hotels. When you try to get receipts, the hotel often cannot give you the receipt because it said it was booked through Expedia or some other website. They also do not provide your membership information to the hotels often times. This, resulting you having to give your membership every time during check-in. when they make major updates, they often forget to put in crucial settings like company wide credit card forcing you to book with your personal credit card. ***update 10/17/2024: all of us are now being charged on our personal credit card for flights where it’s supposed to charge the company central card. Direct sources who is reading this, don’t cheap out and go with cwt. They are nothing but a huge headache.
Source of truth
Today was a challenging day for flying. Crowdstrike cause a global cyber shutdown of many window applications the cause disruptions with airlines. I typically fly with Delta who has normally operated efficiently through their online app, till today. Nothing is working well with Delta’s on line service and I was not getting clear information. I logged on to CWT and they provided solid information that allowed me to get to my connecting flight on time.
Terrible customer service
My companies required booking company. App works fine until you ever need to change something. If you go through them to change anything you are in for an hour+ of slow unhelpful customer service.
