I love this app. I use it to book travel and never put it down when traveling. Currency converter and tip calculator are my favorites. The destination intelligence is also handy!!

Love is in the air!!
I love love love this app. 💕 Super easy to book my flights, hotel and car. It even shows me my carbon emission estimates! Would be lost without the currency converter and tip calculator. My favorite app on my phone!!!!
Won’t update
Dangerous app. Beware that modifications to the booking will not appear on this app. Consequently, it will continue alerting you old information. This nearly caused me to miss a flight. Luckily I had my airline app which alerted me. But it was a close call.
Bugs
The support for this app and the website is horrendous. There are bugs that force you to call for booking, makes me think they make more for calls.
Can’t update anything
Won’t let me delete a duplicate hotel entry Won’t let me update credit card details or add a new card or delete the old one with old expiry date. Can’t even return to chose a different card once I’m on the card menu. Wasted an hour trying to change the expiry date - serious waste of time and I’m not technologically incompetent.
Can’t modify trips
Pretty useless considering you can’t cancel or modify anything in the app.

Unreliable
Stops working, won’t load flights and bookings. Slow and cumbersome.
Awesome app
This app is pretty amazing, everything you need in one place and updated in real time . CWT service is pretty terrible but their app rocks. I was walking into airline lounge a few months back and a message came up saying my flight had been cancelled. The staff didn’t believe me when I showed them and 20 minutes later an announcement came over the intercom confirming cancellation!
Good features and layout, very lagging typing
The app layout and design is great, but the lag in typing is horrendous. Took me 25 minutes to check in online, unacceptable.
