La aplicación myDPD ofrece una amplia gama de funciones útiles.
● Acceso desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento: registrate para obtener una cuenta y poder comprobar el estado actual de tus paquetes en cualquier momento y desde cualquier lugar.
● Acceder a la información de tus paquetes, en camino hacia tu dirección elegida, rastrear tu paquete en vivo y saber hasta la hora en que tu paquete llegará a tu puerta
● Redirigir tu paquete, vos decidís cuándo y dónde entregamos tu envío. Si no estás en casa, podemos, por ejemplo, entregar tu paquete a un vecino, dejarlo para que lo busques en un Punto DPD o entregarlo en una dirección diferente o en un día diferente.
● Es fácil encontrar Puntos DPD en tu vecindario. El chatbot toma tu ubicación actual u otra dirección y utiliza los criterios relevantes para filtrar la búsqueda.

Login perikelen
App heeft veel moeite met het bewaren van de login gegevens en adres gegevens. Elke keer weer alle gegevens invullen. En als alles is ingevuld herkent de app het niet. En niet overzichtelijk. Dus een beetje teleurstellend.
Gemak app laag
Onthoudt verzendnummer niet, daarbij is verzendnummer niet te kopiëren uit e-mail.
Slechtste bezorgservice in Nederland
Baggerbezorging als ik kon kiezen, had ik DHL gedaan. PostNL is net zo slecht.
No Notifications for deliveries
To devs: please check the notifications. For any updates on a package, no mail or push notification is sent to alert me on my package status. I do see my packages just not notifications for them. On iOS 18.1.1
Vermoeiend
Je moet ongeveer 4 x inloggen om vervolgens de melding te krijgen dat je pakket niet traceerbaar is. Bezorgdatum of -adres aanpassen gaat dan dus niet.
App werkt slecht
Geeft constant onbekende fout. Heb hem verwijderd en opnieuw gedownload en kan zelf het land niet opnieuw aangeven.
App wilt niet downloaden
Geeft aan dat de service niet beschikbaar is bij het selecteren van een taal. Heel irritant
Slechte app
Blijft altijd maar ‘onbekende fout’ aangeven en iedere keer moet je opnieuw inloggen
