This silly app will let you toggle machine notifications, but forces you to see Dyson has released some new product whenever the marketing dept wishes to annoy you. As a Dyson customer, you’re powerless.
Dump the app. Use the remote. And don’t invest again in Internet of Annoying (and insecure) Devices.
Keep Supporting Zone
Love my Zone. There's nothing like it for people who need it. Please keep making it (better). The new audio control experience is great. Hoping for a Turbo mode for purification, for those of us cyborgs with tethered power. That said, the app cannot handle having two devices simultaneously. Zone and OnTrac support being paired to two devices, but MyDyson kicks you out each time. Finally, a percentage battery status in the app... Please!! BUG: Also, ordering Zone accessories is broken. You tap Show All Accessories, and the app infinite loops.
I don’t know how I ever lived without this robot
I am truly amazed and addicted to this robot vacuum. Super easy to set up, use and it does an outstanding job. We have a dog, lots of hair and dander and I use this vacuum almost every night. It saves me SO much time not having to manually vacuum. I debated buying it for some time because of the price. I can tell you it’s worth its weight in gold. Don’t get me wrong, I still love my stick Dyson, but in between full vacuuming this robot does the trick. Now my dilemma is do I get a second one for upstairs!? I know I can just get another dock, but I need a back up too if this one goes in for service. I can’t live without it. Buy it today. You won’t regret it.
Doe not work in Landscape Mode on the iPad
Wish it would switch to landscape when viewed on an iPad.
Lame. Zero star app
Difficult to add wifi to units. Cumbersome scheduling options. Connection issue errors. App is cumbersome and ridiculously plaqued with errors. Codes to sign in—its not a banking app. Get serious in developer departments. These rocket science developers make something simple to do—difficult. Deleted the app. Overhyped products that fall short of expectations

Horrible they don’t honor their warranty policy They are bad in customer service I shipped my air purifier July 2 and they told me i will get my device in two weeks but this is the 5th week and I didn’t hear from them I don’t recommend any of there devices and I will not buy there devices ever
Smarter app
Wish I could use Siri/Alexa to control the purifiers…you will loose the sales of people cannot have a smart machine!!! Writing/storing the command does not cut it.
That was my previous review.
In response to customer support telling me to access the menu and select voice control, I was faced with the same dilemma. Currently, the platform does not allow me to organically use Siri to control the devices. Currently, I need to write the command prompt when setting up my voice control. It would be nice if I could just talk to Siri and have her control the machine natively.
The current set up is outdated.
Worst app and company
I have had my Dyson for about 2 years now and haven’t had problems. I finally moved back home and tried to connect my Dyson to my WiFi. Nothing is working. I have followed the “troubleshoot” that every Dyson employee has told me to follow and nothing has worked. I have restarted the app multiple times I have even taken apart my entire Dyson. I don’t know if I can sit on hold for much longer as it was an estimated 3 minute wait which turned into 20 mins. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
