Consultation charges are too much high. Medicine approval need a lots of time.

Unfortunately, this app is so badly designed that it’s almost impossible to use it. You can’t submit additional documents, screen loading time is very long , buttons and links are not designed consistently so on each screen you have to check various elements to get things done. Really poor UX

tried two hospitals under their coverage. and they keep rejecting all requests for months.

The app is always on maintenance most of time. When u need the app it’s not available. Very disappointing

It is one of the worst apps I ever saw; it keeps me trying for hours to log in or create new users; no proper error msgs, just silly unknown msgs that get you confused all the time. I would like to have a worser word to describe the app. You guys should work on this app and fix it as soon as possible.

I am not able to login . It is showing error - user not found. Kindly rectify this issue .
