Worse insurance ever !!!

This app is half baked and is more about pushing useless and ridiculous promotions rather than ensuring a flawless execution of its basic purpose. Some options cannot be used (i.e. submitting missing document), the claims content are not visible and not linked to what is sent separately by email, there are bugs and random system language here and there. Painful experience, but still better than the website that constantly gets stuck. That’s the reason of the second star, otherwise I would give it one star.

Consultation charges are too much high. Medicine approval need a lots of time.

Unfortunately, this app is so badly designed that it’s almost impossible to use it. You can’t submit additional documents, screen loading time is very long , buttons and links are not designed consistently so on each screen you have to check various elements to get things done. Really poor UX

tried two hospitals under their coverage. and they keep rejecting all requests for months.

The app is always on maintenance most of time. When u need the app it’s not available. Very disappointing

Infinite time for approval.

I get error messages whenever I register using Emirates ID even Card Number

I cannot sign up
