FAQ does not work , search for hospitals shows no data found ?
That’s the basics this app should cover developers need to be invest and make this better immediately as it deals with peoples health
I think they’ve abandoned this app?
1) I cannot download my schedule of benefits due to an “error” 2) I cannot make an enquiry or complaint because you require “type” to be entered, but there is no option in either page within the app...

Has spelling mistakes like ‘registeration’ and when I try to click on ‘network’ it opens up settings...
full of glitches
Painful to use. Has anyone tested this app during its development? If so I’d be interested to see how the passed it!
Review
Consultation charges are too much high. Medicine approval need a lots of time.
Poor user experience
Unfortunately, this app is so badly designed that it’s almost impossible to use it. You can’t submit additional documents, screen loading time is very long , buttons and links are not designed consistently so on each screen you have to check various elements to get things done. Really poor UX
terrible insurance
tried two hospitals under their coverage. and they keep rejecting all requests for months.
App not working most of the time
The app is always on maintenance most of time. When u need the app it’s not available. Very disappointing
