One of the worst
One of the worst unreliable medical insurance App for the users. The App shows error for no reason amd doesn't work most of the functionalities.

TruDoc ‘Meet Doc’ Crashes + Prescription Approval Issue
I recently used the app for TruDoc Online consultation. The app crashes when using the ‘meet doc’ option. When I used the ‘call doc’, the response is quick and I was able to talk to one of the doctors within 30 mins. However, the ePrescription took at least 10 hours to reflect (not mentioning the delivery time which they claim takes 2-3 hours). Not a good experience especially when you are sick and needs urgent action 👎🏻

Consultation charges are too much high. Medicine approval need a lots of time.
Poor user experience
Unfortunately, this app is so badly designed that it’s almost impossible to use it. You can’t submit additional documents, screen loading time is very long , buttons and links are not designed consistently so on each screen you have to check various elements to get things done. Really poor UX
terrible insurance
tried two hospitals under their coverage. and they keep rejecting all requests for months.
App not working most of the time
The app is always on maintenance most of time. When u need the app it’s not available. Very disappointing
