All the field’s are entered in claim submission but still says all field not entered. Doesn’t pop up which field is pending to enter.

One of the worst unreliable medical insurance App for the users. The App shows error for no reason amd doesn't work most of the functionalities.

Need better communication channel with claiMs reciewers.

Crashing in app open

I recently used the app for TruDoc Online consultation. The app crashes when using the ‘meet doc’ option. When I used the ‘call doc’, the response is quick and I was able to talk to one of the doctors within 30 mins. However, the ePrescription took at least 10 hours to reflect (not mentioning the delivery time which they claim takes 2-3 hours). Not a good experience especially when you are sick and needs urgent action 👎🏻

Consultation charges are too much high. Medicine approval need a lots of time.

Unfortunately, this app is so badly designed that it’s almost impossible to use it. You can’t submit additional documents, screen loading time is very long , buttons and links are not designed consistently so on each screen you have to check various elements to get things done. Really poor UX
