Convenient but Unreliable

A really convenient way to control our garage door remotely when we are either away from home or in the backyard & away from the wall control. I was recently able to add the App to my Apple Watch. This is sure handy….when it works. I get the “spinning wheel of doom” a lot & have to uninstall & re-install to get it to work.

No Google integrations

Unable to link to Google home. The app is terrible. The hardware is expensive and provides a poor user experience. Fooled into buying it by sales rep who lied and said it integrated with Google Home.

Frustrated

Since the last up date I know have to wait for it not to connect so I can log out log in and then open the garage door. It used to work well, now grrrr

Dependant on Apple Watch?

Stay Away if you reliant on Apple Watch (phone app is all good). These guys just can’t seem to get the app to work on Apple Watch.

Mediocre

No api functionality, and this latest update just fails to connect to the cloud entirely. Go for a different brand if you can

App not working like before

App was perfect until the last update i use Iphone 16 ,now to open the app just spin want open please fix it.

No good anymore

Have used this for years but it was ok latest updates as a slick entry screen and otherwise make it useless - takes forever to open and typically you have to sign out and sign back in

Buggy release

It’s been a great app. But the latest release 😡 not liking having to log out and log back in to open/close the door each time

Update does not think about usability

Why does the app load a logo for 6-7 seconds (useless branding) before I can open garage. It used to be instant and now your branding makes it slow.

Needs CarPlay

App works well, but doesn’t work with CarPlay. Developers, can you please add this so I can access in the car?
