Been wearing them for two years, it does help for the basic hearing; however the issue is with the pitch of different voices.For some reason it does not adjust particularly for the females high pitch voice transforming it in a noise … if they can solve this issue then this device would make a full star progress.
Purchased ear phone 12 months ago was hood until updates started to come Now I have 1 aid not giving sound took it back to Specsavers still under warranty and was charged $50.00 Aid still not working Went to App when accessing controls does not make a difference
My app has hardly worked efficiently since I purchased my expensive hearing aids from Specsavers Launceston Tasmania. Very disappointed ☹️
I can’t make my hearing aids maintain a custom setting that suits my needs. The default automatic setting is not good enough and when I adjust the default to my needs it works well, but reverts back to the original default settings after I listen to my devices. I answer the phone at work through my hearing aids , I have to adjust the settings after EVERY SINGLE call. I expected better quality for $3995!
All steps followed to pair iPhone . Not pairing. Trouble shooting attended, not pairing.
I have Specsavers Elite 680 RIC Li T hearing aids and the App has been running fine for 5 months until it lost functionality with the Bluetooth connection. The Bluetooth indicator in the App was flashing and although the sound check for each hearing aid worked, Bluetooth could not be connected by turning off and off the hearing aids. The only way I could fix the problem was to delete the App and reinstalling it. It is interesting on reinstalling the App there is a more detailed procedure for connecting Bluetooth.
Keep loosing connection and had to get help to reconnect to ear pieces
Controls volume and tone only. Volume superfluous and tone limited.
Inconsistent connectivity. Poor control of hearing aids through App. Phone settings say hearing aid connected but App says not connected. Sometimes for no reason one or both sides will spontaneously turn off and just as mysteriously spontaneously turn on again sometimes one side sometimes both sides. Totally unpredictable. Podcast can go silent at the most inconvenient moments. Not happy! Jeff
