The screen display on my phone for directional settings is tiny on my iPhone screen and there is no guidance on how to make it larger
Crippled software for Specsavers clients means this App doesn’t serve any purpose for us. No doubt other vendors will unlock functionality proportionate to their price point.
Hi, on my app the Bluetooth sign is permanently flashing and I can’t change any of the settings eg low battery interval or any of the other 3 options on that page? Can you help? In the meantime I’m going to delete the app and download again. Tia
It’s difficult to navigate and I can’t find the volume change for individual hearing aids. Also, when anyone rings me on my mobile I can only hear through the right hearing aid. I’m going back to nhs aphids, not worth the money and hassle
I have the Specsavers Advance hearing aids and using this app couldn’t be easier. It’s very simple to set up and use and use control ability of the hearing aids is fantastic.
I have an iPhone 11. Only one hearing aid seems to be connected to the app; there are no beeps to indicate the health of the battery in the right one; works ok in the left. The volume adjustment doesn’t work unless it’s on maximum (15) - it keeps returning in to the midpoint (8) when you close the app. Very frustrating.
Keep having issues of the dropping out and not being able to hear my phone through the hearing aids and their seems to be not one to contact about this I do have a iPhone 11 and it’s up to date I have tried to reset by taking off your app from my phone and resetting it takes at least a month before getting hold of someone in Specsavers so I thought I would be able to get help from yourselfs but all I get is info on booklet that I already have please respond somehow and let me know what to do!!!
App works well enough with Specsavers Ultra Elite
Even I can use the App and that’s saying something for a “Wrinklie”
