myRemote App Reviews

Finding hearing aids

ednabutton12334 on

United States

When first setting up it asks for your make of hearing aids, it can’t find anything

Clunky

ChrisSandfield on

United Kingdom

Settings do not persist. Request for instructions for use does not work.

Nightmare

Grey cap on

United Kingdom

Continual problems with settings between IPhone and iPad. The pairing connection with app takes ages if it works at all. The right HA won’t connect to either iPad or iPhone. IF it works IPAD always dominant but only left side works. Very difficult to interchange between 2 devices.

Useless

pfwhatyouwant on

United Kingdom

The app asks you to put in the make of your aids. I entered mine - Phonak - and it said it didn’t recognise it, even though it’s a well known brand. Don’t waste your time with this.

I Love The App

Porlock Grumbler on

United Kingdom

It’s simple to use and very responsive. The graphics are clear and easy to understand. Can’t fault it 🙂

Glitchy app

Cronowerkz on

United Kingdom

Not sure if it’s just my iPhone but this app is glitchy, can’t add extra programs and it doesn’t save any alterations to the two I have. Also there are no spatial adjustments which are in other apps.

Very disappointed

Gadgetgeeza on

I had high hopes. This is the best Specsavers hearing aid app and it won’t turn them on or off. It won’t even tell you if they are on or off. Poor options. Poor adjustment. Have seen a lot better.

A poor product.

Wagnerite on

United Kingdom

The controls work erratically. The phone seldom connects with the hearing aids, even after several attempts. Control is very limited.

Not very good.

Taylor simon on

I keep having to re connect to the Bluetooth, very basic was expecting much better. I have had this app nearly 36 months and am VERY disappointed in the app keeping closing app and reinstalling app but still very poor, I wish there was another app for these hearing aids.

Very poor

United Kingdom

The app only works in one ear I can hear nothing in the right ear. The volume control only works in one ear and even then has very little effect. If I change it from 1 to 15 I can barely hear any change in volume. My audiologist is still trying to get it to work better but frankly it is so far a complete waste of time
