Hearing Aids and the app
The hearing aids themselves are fine but a lot of the options with the hearing aids are lost with the app…. There is a tinnitus function which removes the ability to narrow the sound alley when you have the tinnitus program running. Only when it is removed can you use this function. Only complaint with the hearing aids is that they go through a lot of batteries! And when I was in dubai recently where you can buy anything under the sun…. I couldn’t get the same batteries in any pharmacy.
Apple Watch Compatibility
The App is easy to use. Bug free. Fast to navigate. It would be easier on the eyes if it could be switched to ‘Dark Mode’ It would be great if it was compatible with Apple Watch, so I could add it as a ‘Complication’ on the Watch face, to make it quicker to make adjustments by using my Watch, instead of taking my phone out of my pocket !
Distortion
Very poor when listening to podcasts
Very Disappointed.
I had hoped the hearing aids would go a long way to help with my hearing loss . Unfortunately they don’t work for me . Having tried all scenarios I’m still left with being unable to hear speech from people next to me . Having them adjusted has made no real difference . I shall be seeking to return them .

I am very happy with my hearing aid. I have it only a short time and I suppose I am Still getting to know it .so far it has made a great difference in my life . So thank God for you for making it happen Yours sincerely Noel Fludgate
Clunky
Settings do not persist. Request for instructions for use does not work.
Nightmare
Continual problems with settings between IPhone and iPad. The pairing connection with app takes ages if it works at all. The right HA won’t connect to either iPad or iPhone. IF it works IPAD always dominant but only left side works. Very difficult to interchange between 2 devices.
Useless
The app asks you to put in the make of your aids. I entered mine - Phonak - and it said it didn’t recognise it, even though it’s a well known brand. Don’t waste your time with this.
I Love The App
It’s simple to use and very responsive. The graphics are clear and easy to understand. Can’t fault it 🙂
