MyUS Global Shipping App

It has always been a barely functional app but recently it has been crashing, freezing on log in and requesting some kind of 'verification' (captcha?) that fails. Banking apps from around the world work just fine but this POS can't.

like seriously a 18 years old teenager is capable of designing a better application than this new nonsense updated app that is full of bugs and requires you to write down your sign in info whenever you close the app, my iphone doesn't even recognize the app to automatically fill in my login details using my face ID. seriously the worst app

Ever since the last update, the app has become absolute garbage and a nuisance. Password and username doesn’t automatically fill in the fields, so I have to manually select them from saved passwords every single time. Not to mention the fact that I can’t even login on the app for the majority of times as it’s stuck at verifying. And the worst of it all.. they’ve removed the feature to upload receipts now!

Last update to open the app I have to login every time, now they added verifying step, i cant even login Previous version was better

This app is by far the worst app installed on my phone. It’s so outdated and slow. With the latest release they removed the images after the items ship, so now you must pay to see pictures.

Don’y trust this society, they are scammers!!

I was expecting an improved app when it was upgraded, however it is much worse than the previous one. I basically stopped using as it is laggy, lacks so many functionalities that you can find in the web version

I don’t understand why couldn’t they keep the archaic app the way it was? It was functioning perfectly fine. Try to make it fancy and now it doesn’t work half the time and so many information/features missing. Beyond frustrating.
