Bad customer service
They were fine the beginning but now its a mess. They hold packages fir the strangest reasons which holds back the entire shipment. Packages gets ripped open to “inspect” They damage packages and pack like 4 year old kids! Rather tick “ship in original boxes” and hope you get un damaged product. Not happy with MyUS at all!

I’m someone who buys things online ALL the time, and unfortunately I have to pay a crap ton of money for shipping. This service is a life saver~~ It’s too bad that there’s so many reviews complaining about the dis-functionality of the mobile application. I didn’t have any problems! Probably because I already signed up online a while ago already before downloading the app 🤔🤔 Oh well. It can’t be helped. I’m giving 5/5 stars, because I haven’t encountered any issues yet, but I don’t think I will. To whoever is sponsoring me an address, you rock! 😂😂

Downloaded and opened to a black screen. Nothing. Please fix
Not so great
Made various attempts to change duty code, contacted contact center every day basically. No resolution. From purchase to receiving my order took more than a month! Also there are additional costs to be aware of added to shipping. Not a cheap service. I tried to cancel my account by apparently I still have a package in transit. I was registered for the premium option free of charge for 24 months through credit card provider and I still want to cancel after 1 month.
No response , no shipping
I have used this company in the past many times had no issues at all . Always a quick response and shipping . I find that is company is not really efficient anymore!!!!
I have emailed numerous times and had no response I have requested for my goods to be shipped but it has not been . I have sent emails with regards to this matter but no response literally have 4 case numbers already .

The worst company ever
The worst company ever they lost my shipment from 10/5 and when i send emails nobody answer me even the carrier sent me the proof of delivery and when i chat they cut chatting i want my refund i don’t want the parcel anymore i bought the dress for special occasion now i can’t wear it i have to look for another one
After two weeks they found my shipment but i don’t want any more i told them to return it to the merchant but they lost my shipment and i gave them a label to return the shipment but until now i don’t know where’s the shipment today is the third of July
Scammers!
This company scammed me deducted 325$ from my credit card for a shipment of 13 pounds. They dont answer whatsapp messages, you cant call them and their live chat keeps you waiting for hours

When they recive the package it has the merchant invoice I don't know why the ask for the real value when they have the prove of it. even when I type the value the app put random number like one package I typed 41$ it shows 383$
