Just registered for MyUS.com account, the initial login screen prompts me for my email or suite number, and password. It doesn’t recognise either. However, if I click on the more info button at the bottom, it takes me to another different sign in screen which works fine.?? It may be that the system hasn’t yet updated completely however, it seems bizarre that it works when using the different sign in page
I’ve been using MyUS for over a year now and I have no complaints! Customer service is excellent and very responsive. Recommend!
Whatever you do, DON’T EVER use MyUS. They will over-inflate everything in order to rob you blind! Been there, bought the t-shirt. If you use PayPal, forget getting them to help you chase MyUS for unscrupulous conduct and underhand tactics. You’ll be royally fobbed off by MyUS and dismissed like a pesky fly by Paypal. Don’t believe me? Head over to trustpilot.com and read through the 72+ pages of negative reviews. I wish I’d done that before I got tangled up with MyUS. If like me you’ve been stung, be sure to raise awareness about MyUS’ thieving ways!!!
So MyUS damaged items when packaging my shipment which was a collectible toy. I opened a dispute and was denied compensation due to them not covering “manufacturers boxes” in relation to my item the packaging is just as much the value of the item as the item contained within. I wouldn’t recommend MyUS as the service is poor and they will try anything to get out of paying after they have damaged an item.
I love the service, use it quite often, but the app doesn’t work so I have to use the website. It gets stuck on Loading...
The amount of time I’ve wasted this year on the MyUS message page (often the only available means of contacting the company with issues) is infuriating. For what should be a reasonably simple shipping service I am lost for words at how incompetent MyUS have been. From failing to include specified items in shipments, to misplacing items in their warehouse, and taking weeks to respond to simple requests (often meaning a shipment cannot be created while waiting for an issue to be resolved). On their homepage they promote themselves with “Talk to us any time or day”, during the entirety of my subscription the phone lines have been closed, the only way to contact MyUS is by leaving a message on the message page, or if you’re very lucky waiting hours to talk with an agent on the online chat service, but this is also mostly unavailable. Moreover, I wouldn’t agree with the company’s claim to be able to save customers up to 80% on shipping costs by consolidating packages. Aside from not seeing much of a difference compared to using other shipping companies, this is especially insulting when you take into consideration how much personal effort it can involve to double check, wait in queue and chase orders to make sure you’re getting the most basic aspects of the service they advertise.
I had two shipment supposed to be ship on the 25 but coz If your delay it’s ship after on 27 and now I will not get my things to my son’s birthday party he is really disappointed and sad and the other one still in queue I will cancel my us account and I will not recommend you to anyone I will change it direct to aramex or DHL will much better from. You
The app has improved, but the customer service is appalling! They have lost a package and every support ticket raised gets ignored as the only answer they can give is to admit it because they signed for the package. Four times I have asked them to resolve the issue and they just ignore the messages. Beware, it is ok when the service works, but when it fails be prepared to be ignored and never see your package!
Can’t get past front screen. No log on details appear. Just the logo. Then nothing!
You can log in fine but nothing else at all! No navigation, screen irresponsive. It worked ok 10 days ago even though it’s a poorly designed app. Please fix! Thanks for fixing this. Some other useful tweaks now would be if the app would automatically fetch your history. It says you don’t have any until you do a manual refresh.
