As of today, I am not receiving alert messages in my phone! Please help!! If that doesn’t work I need to hace the app opened all the time!!

What happened with night mode on the app??? it just disappeared.

It's impossible to login. I have reset my account 5 times and open one new account and yet it appears that mu password or region are incorrect. I have also erased and downloaded twice the app and nothing works.

Should let this app work on M1 Macs

Writing this as someone who has had the camera for nearly 2 years: we will not use vtech again. This app CONSTANTLY has problems and is not maintained with the care needed for something as important as watching your child. I have had long periods where I was constantly logged out, during which I had to jump through the hoops to get to customer service (they make you put in your model, serial number everything and wait for response) and they never helped me. But this year takes the cake because after the recent Apple updates the app just STOPPED WORKING. For over a month now, nothing has gotten resolved and I no longer have access to the camera. Just the “mobile” screen which can be off of its charging cord all of 15 minutes. Switching to a new brand this week and looking forward to it.

So was working seamlessly until about 3 weeks ago when new updates came out. Now I cannot see the camera remotely on my phone. I tried connecting my phone but the camera does nothing when trying to scan the qr QR code. What’s worse is there’s no other option.

The app is great…when it works. Almost daily I need to rescan the QR code on the monitor base unit in order for the camera feed to work. Really frustrating when it happens in the middle of the night.

This worked great until I got the new iPhone 16. Now I get alerts but can never view the camera. I’ve deleted the app and completely reconnected and still doesn’t work.
