Embarrassing

How does a public service still have such a terrible app? Not designed for modern phones. It’s about 10 years out of date. Use TrainLine instead.

Great relic for a museum

Never updated to right iPhone size. Even in the app description it still lists TOCs that don’t even exist anymore and missing the ones that do. As the face of National Rail this app is nothing short of bad. It’s 2024 not 2004. Get a grip!!!

Why hasn’t this been updated?

This app is horrendous. Why does it not fill the screen all these years later?

Useful to use

Useful and usually convenient app to use, however hope it could be improved a bit more so that it can try to fill the whole of the screen and be a bit more easier to use.

Scammed

I was scammed using this Ap today. Had to contact my bank to block a subscription to an unwanted and I requested site

Fed up with such poor service. Trains so unreliable

Two consecutive journeys completely messed up causing a great deal of stress & anxiety

quicker to delete and reinstall than upgrade

Data migration on update took ages before i deleted it. What the hell are you storing?

Platform details missing

All of a sudden the departure platform information is gone ! I’d say that’s quite a crucial piece of information to have.

Elizabeth Line

If I plan a route from Maidenhead to Tottenham Court Road, the App will take me on a tour of London, with 3 changes, when the trains actually go direct. It will even tell me to take the Elizabeth line to Farringdon and change, when to get to Farringdon you have to pass through Tottenham Court Road.

Very old fashioned

The app is very old fashioned and it does look like it was designed for iPhone 4 with chunky black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. However, it does have a comparatively easier to use interface than other train times apps and the information is accurate Update: Since upgrading to an iPhone 12 from a 7, I have actually found that it works a lot better and the black bars are no more, so all in all I have had a very strange experience with this app
