Always struggle to update details

I cannot enter my international number and I am forever frustrated to be locked out of my account with the app. The only way to get back online is to call customer service. Even then I have to start at the beginning. It is all too difficult being an international customer and not worth the effort.

I cannot connect with the Bank to do the updates that they require because the site is not accepting the numbers, details etc that you have given me Also it would be nice if we could convert these requests to English as a choice That way it would be easier for people like myself,who are not tech savvy, to use

App not user friendly

App doesn’t assist oversea NBG account holders , you can’t change the +30 , therefore you can’t enter your mobile number for them to contact you. App doesn’t allow you to set up , New password using email App locks you out after one failed attempt with password Customer Service don’t answer the phones Very frustrating !!! Can’t even submit as all nicknames are taken

Unstable application

The mobile app is extremely unstable for website purchases e.g. Amazon, Flight bookings etc. Also has bugs when updating personal details, recognizing addresses, uploading KYC documents

International customers screwed!

If you are an international customer with with bank, may God have mercy on your soul because you cannot put any international phone numbers on the app, rendering it useless!

This APP has a problem. I don’t understand why they insisting on the +30. I am pretty sure that not all the NBG account holders live or have an Hellenic phone number

This app does not look after the international customers

This app continues to be counted with the Greece +30 phone prefix. This means if you are an international customer like me, without a Greek phone number you cannot register your device. This app does not look after us international customers that is very sad it makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Despite my numerous reports, the app continues to be coded with the Greece +30 phone prefix. This means that if you’re an international customer like me, without a Greek phone number, you cannot register your device. The result is that every time you want to use the app, you have to manually enter your user ID and password... makes no sense whatsoever.

Touch ID gone

After the latest update the fingerprint login was gone on my iPhone 8 and there’s no way I can get it back. Instead of improving this app is only becoming more user unfriendly.
