Not so easy
The apps is not very user friendly you need to go through several menu's in order to get info - I have with the latest version a bug as I can’t use the fields in the bottom on my Iphone this cause I can’t disconnect properly

Επικαιροποίηση προσωπικών στοιχείων
Η επικαιροποίηση προσωπικών στοιχείων για μόνιμους κατοίκους του εξωτερικού δεν λειτουργεί όσο κι αν προσπαθεί κανείς. Για βεβαίωση διεύθυνσης μόνιμης κατοικίας δεν δέχεστε έγγραφα από παρόχους ευρωπαϊκών κρατών ακόμη κι αν είναι στα αγγλικά. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για την βεβαίωση διεύθυνσης εργασίας. Όσες φορές κι αν υπέβαλα φύλλα μισθοδοσίας στα αγγλικά και αναλυτική βεβαίωση εργοδότη τα συστήματά σας τις απορρίπτουν ως μη έγκυρες. Και η 15λεπτη τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα με τον διευθυντή του υποκατάστηματός μου αποδείχθηκε χάσιμο πολύτιμου χρόνου. Γι'αυτό λοιπόν θα κλείσω οριστικά τον λογαριασμό μου την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτώ την Ελλάδα και θα μεταφέρω τα χρήματά μου σε πολύ ανώτερη τράπεζα στην Ευρώπη που είναι πολύ πιο φιλική με τους πελάτες της και με σχεδόν καθόλου γραφειοκρατικό ελληνικό χαρτομάνι. Όσον αφορά τις υπόλοιπες λειτουργίες της εφαρμογής δεν μπορώ να πω ότι ενθουσιάστηκα. Ούτε καν ραντεβού δεν μπορώ να κλείσω σε υποκατάστημα της επαρχίας. Μάλλον ζείτε με την ψευδαίσθηση ότι Ελλάδα είναι μόνο η Αθήνα και οι μεγάλες πόλεις. Αντί να προχωράτε μπροστά πάτε πίσω ολοταχώς. Αν θέλετε να συνεχίσετε κατ' αυτό τον τρόπο σας εύχομαι καλή τύχη ΧΩΡΙΣ εμένα.
