Poor App and bad expansive Customer Service

This is the worse app ever for online banking. No any update nothing improved so far. Everytime when i try to send money, i cant fill otp code its hanging and need to kill app try again and again. Please guys improve this app.
This banking application is painful to use. Please do not try to fix it just scratch is off and do another one and quick. It’s unbelievably bad.

Do not waist your time
I have experienced one of the worst banking experiences with neobiz.First of all it took very long (almost a month) to opened this account.Once it is opened i was unable to deposit a cheque. I decided to close as this bank was headache .I am trying for more than month to close this account.No physical branch and customer service is very poor.Digital team is worse. And they are keep charging me monthly fees.
Worst application ever i uses to open bank account
Don’t waste your time with them — filled form, submitted all documents, and immediately received “declined” status just because of discrimination & my passport, but they are too scary to tell that they are not providing services to my passport during the onboarding because they would get sued.
I advice please do not open this account, first of all they will charge to every month 210 aed for account management and your account manager will never pick your call and reply in email secondly if you are going to withdraw month from direct bank they will charge you 3% of total amount that does nit make any sense .
