In sum, don’t download the app and do not bank with them. Any other option is better in the UAE, they are a nightmare and clearly the management is incapable of listening to customers and making improvements. In 2024, they don’t even need to be innovative to create a decent app (since others have paved the way) but even that is too much to ask. The app freezes each time you change windows, make any request, you cannot update any details, it is just the worst experience trying to manage your own money. A friend had their card stolen and it took 4 minutes to block the card with Mashreq since the app kept freezing compare that to 20 seconds on competitor banking apps. It’s just hard to describe how much I regret opening this account, banking with Mashreq, and the time they waste because of their inefficiencies. I’ve now found a reasonable business bank (W)and I won’t ever be using Mashreq or their dreadful app again! You can’t survive in this market with a product this poor!

I have personal bank accounts in 3 other banks, the digital apps are super efficient and user friendly; but, my neobiz app is simply a nightmare from malfunctioning Face ID, to very complex transfer process and no way to do two transfers back to back, adding beneficiary is a disastrous process, outdated interface with two almost similar contents, the web-based version is no difference.

I used since 2 years and i faced alot of issues since started, and the staff is unprofessional when you visit in the branch, Never seen any changes or making comfortable to customers soon i will say good bye ,,,

Keeps on blinking while logging in and once logged in and choose account summary it crashes.

After the last update, aal automatically log out. Please fix this issue

The user interface of the app needs significant improvement, and the app is not fully developed or ready for use. Many of the services are marked as "coming soon" Additionally, we do not receive a transaction summary when making online transfers. These issues do not meet the standards of Mashreq Bank. Please address them promptly.

First of all, the face ID doesn’t work properly, it blinks multiple times and takes forever to login. And god forbid, if you try to add beneficiary, it’s gonna be a nightmare for you. You cannot paste the IBAN, you have to manually enter 23 digits IBAN, which is ridiculous. Then after verifying OTP it requires for your password again, (not the face id) which also you have to enter manually. I use strong passwords from my iphone password chain, so you’d understand my frustration.

Not recommend for any SME at all, high monthly charges in everything including high ATM fee even if it’s the same bank.

This is the worse app ever for online banking. No any update nothing improved so far. Everytime when i try to send money, i cant fill otp code its hanging and need to kill app try again and again. Please guys improve this app.

This banking application is painful to use. Please do not try to fix it just scratch is off and do another one and quick. It’s unbelievably bad.
