Many card payments showing as failed, but money taken from account balance. Card does not work on many pos terminals, returns error that limit has been reached. Transactions history does not show any details for payments. Absolute joke of a company.
App doesn’t work
Can’t enter to account at iOS app more than 6 months. Customer support forward this to technical support again and again. No solution months in a row.
This is a joke app!
The fees are big when there are taxless platforms already. Verification process crashes and close the application on the 3rd step (selfie)

Neteller Mastercard
Die Mastercard von Neteller ist perfekt. Wenn alle Schritte erledigt sind, von der Registrierung über Verifizierung und die Richtlinien beachtet werden, dann ist die Neteller Karte als Prepaid Karte sehr gut. Akzeptanz fast überall und bei Fragen gibt es auch einen Telefonsupport in English. Ich bin über viele Jahre schon sehr zufrieden und hatte in diesen vielen Jahren noch niemals Probleme mit Neteller. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und dafür kann man schon einmal Danke schreiben.
