Scam Alert will also identify malicious calendar events, helping you deal with the "calendar virus".

Doesn’t integrate with Orbi Armor

Netgear’s implementation of Armor is false advertising and actually damaging to the Bitdefender brand. It is nothing more a cynical attempt to drive more sales and generate a revenue stream for both companies and, because Armor apps don’t integrate with Orbi, the system keeps telling you that devices are insecure - reducing your arbitrary “security” score. You might think the integration problem is a bug, but support and knowledgebase articles date back for 2 years describing this issue. Either Netgear or Bitdefender simply don’t care enough about this issue, but continue to mislead customers and profit from the collaboration anyway. The other annoying feature of these products is the continuous up-selling or subscription add-ons.

Bitfender installation

Just annoying that it keeps telling me to install bitfender on my devices when it’s already installed??

Loves the battery

The app it’s self seems alright but it eats battery so I uninstalled it. Needs some tweaking before I’d look at it again.

Absolutely useless

First of all installation of this app was not recognised in netgear armour. Kept telling me to install bitdefender for iPhone. Second the web protection could never be turned on as vpn is always in connecting state and it disconnects existing internet connection. Useless app.

Poor security and value

Difficult to Install app. Poor and very basic level of security information when viewing app. It appears to be a rip off add-on to make money.

Blocks internet from working

Have tried to install this on a number of devices now. We have an Orbi and FINALLY have parental controls (which of course has a monthly subscription). Tried to use this to increase security (also needs subscription) but just blocks the internet. If you try and disable the VPN it just switches straight back on again.

Shocking did not even think to include a cancel or back button

I wasn’t able to logon to this app. What surprised me though was the lack of a back button or ability to retry. I had to close the app to try again. Doesn’t bode well for the rest of the app.

Complete waste of time and money

You can access your email account privacy free online from various sources to see if you’ve been compromised. Anti-theft tracking is a standard feature via iCloud and then some really basic recommendations via your Orbi and ineffective vulnerability monitoring. Spend your money elsewhere and don’t even bother considering these load of junk. Netgear you have a great product with the Orbi, unsure why you have tarnished your decision making and selection with such a poor security partner/product.
