NETGEAR Armor

My experience over the past year has shown this app is 100% useless. Not only is it impossible for me to renew my Bitdefender Total Security subscription, the app tells me I don’t have a subscription. The app actually does absolutely nothing.

Router is routinely hacked this app made no difference. Unable to add subscription to router/network. Will not send codes to my emails...I’ve tried a few... Current version 1.1.2

This app is extremely limited in what it can do compared to what Netscreen said it would do on their webpage. No VPN support!!!

Latest Orbi update fixed issue and Armor is now working on all iOS devices.

Can’t log in. Says session expired. Why release the app before testing.

In the past this was a great app with firewall protection but lately it’s been very spotty sometimes it works fine and other times it not working

Subscription should include automatic daily scans. If I have to manually execute a scan, what’s the point ? Renewing is Not an option.

So far so good. I’m running an old, I mean real old Orbi system with two satellites, one of which I just bought on Amazon, as the new ones are so expensive. I’m probably pushing my time but like I said so far so good. Oh ya and the Armor is just an added bonus

Paid $100 for armpit service and after my router took a shift (just past the 90 day warranty so they claimed... sorry I purchased a 5 yr extended warranty so they couldn’t weasel out of not replacing my router. I still had to shell out $36 bucks for shipping for a product within the warranty period and for a Hardware Failure. Here we are 2 months since I received the replacement router and it has also taken a giant “shift” and has locked even NETGEAR out of it and will not factory hard reset after multiple repeated applications it’s a brick and they claim my warranty was for the original router not the new one and I now cannot access my armpit security app I paid for! F this company and the scumsucking freight train hanging off to get to work at the extreme background noice shipping container they work out of!! Me thinks it’s about time for a class action suit to be filed cause there is some pretty clear trust law violations occurring with this hack of a company
