Skal hele tiden igennem en masse trin for at få adgang. Hver gang jeg vil logge på, bliver min adgangskode nægtet og så skal jeg til at bruge tid på at factory resette routeren, det er så dårligt lavet.

I updated my router, and without doing anything in the app, I’ve lost the option to test my wired speed. This is extremely stupid, since it was probably my only “real” reason for using the app, compared to the web-interface. And even worse, the web-version now has ads in it. With popups upon login. Support is apparently subscription-based. I’m switching brands. This is ridiculous. Aren’t they basically digging their own graves?

Works always

I have never had a product with this amount of bugs and failures. I have spent 2 years with support trying to fix the various bugs. Everytime only to discover a new. And even after 2 years of patience without any support to upgrade to a better (functional device) Latest the app can’t discover any devices in either the network map or device manager. I get the error code CDIL-API-FAIL I have reported it several times without any respons.

Den er fantastisk, følger en god app med som er super nem at betjene. Jeg kan lukke børnenes enheder ned om aftenen. se min internet speed, se hvilke enheder der er på. Den er vi glad ved😃

It is sad that it is not possible to see which devices are connected to each satelite. I realky that will be possible again in next update
