I see the devices, MAC address, but no IP address. If this is true then this app is worthless.
Very cheap
Trash app , kicks me off my network all the time this is predatory saying you can fix a problem an give the tech equivalent of snake oil I am reporting to the bbb
Hey, I can at least use my garage door opener now. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
Every few months, the app logs me out and then won’t accept my password. I have the password saved, I’m entering it correctly, but it says it’s wrong. Also my Face ID fails. Ironic how that happens at the same time. And forget clicking “forgot my password”, you don’t get an option to reset it, instead you get pages of instructions that get you nowhere. And getting support is next to impossible. This is, hands down, the most infuriating app I’ve ever dealt with.
Router Works fine after 3 years of service. One thing is strange that newer versions of firmware are available but anytime I tried to upgrade it loads new version and finishes without errors but when when check what is my current version it is still same as before
ISSUES 1 . Can’t give the breakdown of devices connected to 2.4 vs 5 bands. This issue has been there forever without a fix. 2. Doesn’t list all devices connected to the WiFi. The MAC addresses shown do not exist
They report I’m out of warranty when Costco has an extended warranty, then an agent places me on hold then another person comes on the call requesting $300 on a credit card before I can get guidance with resetting a password. When I request a supervisor, they disconnect.
Was great until the Armor security stuff slow things down and makes it difficult for devices to have stable connection.
