Ridiculous system!

kuasx on

Poland

1) what is a point of returning in parking spot?! I had to travel back to origin location!!! 2) parkings slots only in few places 3) parking slots not even marked in the map! 4) hotline?! Haha forget! Called 5 times no one pick up (Saturday around midday) If this system is to help ppl move around l, current solution is a total failure!

Mostly pretty streamline, needs to appeal more to broke people who can’t afford to buy one, incentives and ability to earn credit would be great, also haven’t fully explored app

Nice and quick

Unreal

Very expensive - more than an Uber

Thought I would give the Neuron scooter a try and did the free trial which inferred the ride would be free. At 60 cents a minute (not told beforehand) is a bit much esp when a portion of that was attempting to adjust the helmet that requires unnecessary work. Avoid these scooters, it’s def a bit of a money grab and scam.

Poor

Had to drop the scooters back about as fee as r from where I wanted to go as started. Then wouldn’t stop time, and subsequently they took significantly more money out of my account. Would not use again- use an alternative
