Worst app ever

Morais24 on

United States

All they’re trying to do is sell you more stuff. They are not trying to give you any useful information that you might want. they won’t even show you the scores of the preseason games because they want you to buy the NFL plus subscription. I can go to my team and find their schedule, but I can’t find the entire League schedule on the app. it might be there somewhere, but I can’t find it. it’s just ridiculous that a league with this much money could put out an app this bad.

Always signs me out

Swag man j on

United States

I get signed out almost every time I go on the app and when I sign in it doesn’t show that it still won’t let me watch. I think at one point I was paying for 3 memberships just so one of them had a chance of working

No Landscape Mode?!

jjar221 on

United States

Can’t use the new update on iPad in landscape mode. Has to be fixed before the season kicks off!!

Unwanted notifications

Fresno CA on

United States

Getting notifications constantly. I have all notifications turned off in the app, now I must turn off NFL app notifications entirely from the phone menu to stop this. Bad experience for the cost.

Lies and doesn't work

OG cust on

Firstly, the $6.99 basic plan will get you absolutely nothing. I purchased it and it immediately required me to upgrade to the 14.99 plan if I actually wanted to watch anything. Secondly the app is garbage, my samsung TV (2023model) would not allow me to log in. Third, I decided why would I waste money on this. There are so many other better options you-tube TV, first rows, the list goes on and on.

Locks up - get the free trial before committing

Borg134 on

United States

(iPad Pro) App is sluggish or just locks up completely. Tap on a menu and nothing happens. Unusable.

Ugh

MikMoonbeam on

Freezes and crashes. Usually unwatchable.

Misleading

I don't usually write reviewz on

One day, there will be a way to stream out of market games live. Every few years, NFL makes it seem like they have a service to this. I haven’t been able to watch my hometown NFL team since moving away over ten years ago. Before leaving, I watched every game. I now how kids, and all we watch is MLB these days, because I can watch all of their games out of market easily through their streaming service. I buy a lot of MLB merch too. Zero NFL merch.

Not good

Spc10s on

United States

I bought this so I could watch the pre season games but it constantly stops and tells me that I’m watching on more than one device, which isn’t true they need to fix it and it would be ok

I’m sure it great, but I’ll not see it

Atcloudwalker on

United States

By forcing me to enable location monitoring in the most recent revision, I’ll not be using the app. Probably delete if this is the intent
