New app - bugs all around

Golan779 on

Singapore

Unable to load the home feed tab.. other tabs works fine. Support anyone - Why bother with this app, when we can just do it for NFL+ app? This kind of ridiculous launch, where product and customer service hygiene, both are an afterthought. Every year new fumbles.

NFL App

Unhappy App+ on

Singapore

Latest version of app is too busy with ads for NFL+ and less information on game stats. Whilst looks nice performs terribly

Unable to view previews

HBI....! on

Singapore

Bug fixes required as after Ads are played, unable to watch previews and game highlights.

Unable to see games section

Old App was better

c100mark on

Singapore

Not as good as the the old NFL now!

Terrible

Falcon4230 on

United States

Not the greatest app, just the cheapest. Forget about streaming live if Fox is broadcasting the game, and the replay keeps crashing the app.

Another NFL Fail

Awwthatstoobad on

United States

For a multi BILLION dollar organization they can’t design an app that can stream correctly? This app is such trash. Trying to go from horizontal view to vertical view is such a pain. The PIP screen freezes, goes back into the app, you have to then try to find the expand button to go vertical viewing. Literally no other app is designed this way. Then the QR codes to verify your account on a TV don’t work consistently. And why can’t we just watch the games we want without paying $800/season. The streaming needs to be improved.

ABSOLUTE CROOKS

Sbrub1993 on

United States

The greediest people ever run this app. So you can watch the Sunday night and weekday games on your phone but it blocks you from casting to your tv. Also the tv app doesn’t let you watch those games either, only redzone. On top of that the tv app is the WORST. Freezes all the time and boots you completely at least 3 times every Sunday. Seriously just go stream the games online and don’t give these scammers your money.

Video player has lots of bugs

EricPerrone on

United States

The video player has many problems. When playing if you hit the controls eventually the dimmed screen you see and the controls will not go away. Have also had it where the video and audio keeps playing even if you do not have the app shown in the foreground. Really needs to be reworked.

Location Services not an option to turn on

Apptacularness on

United States

NFL made an update and all of a sudden I cannot watch the games because location services is not able to be enabled. I’m happy to enable location services, but I was not able to watch the games this weekend that I pay for and I would very much like a refund.
