The app will often have no issue loading the ad and stream it at high quality but then won’t be able to load the actual game highlights. When it happens that is what will happen even if you try a few times in a row. If the app can’t load the game highlights, I shouldn’t need to see the ad before it

I have a lot of issues with this version. Limited notification options. Radio button has moved off of the front page. Generally less geared toward favorited team, more towards the league. So much going on on the front page yet somehow can’t ever find the info I am looking for quickly. But my main issue is the calendar. Why do we have to pick the month? What year is it? Oh that’s right we have to pick that too. It’s 2025 people. Keep the selection option for history lookups but for god’s sake can we get a continuous scroll calendar? PLEASE. Thank you.

Fix the badge notifications for iOS 18.2. They cannot be cleared out. Or at the very least, give us the ability to turn off badge notifications in the settings.

App support just took me to nhl.tv and the chatbot was useless. I recently updated to iOS on my iphone se2. During any video reply, when i try to rotate my phone from vertical to horizontal, the nhl screen does not rotate. I confirmed the rotate feature works ok other apps so seems exclusively to this app. I dont really give this 1 star but rather using it to get my problem noticed.

The only thing wrong with this app is that it makes you disappointed with all other apps. It’s user friendly on every level and gives you every bit of information you want in a digestible manner. This app lets every fan be engaged on every level.

This used to be such a great app. Now it is horrible since all of the updates the last 2 years. Hardly ever look at it now. It used to be fun and easy to get info on my team. Revert to 2 years ago and everyone would be happy!!!!
