Disappointed
Had this app a year ago and really enjoyed the coach feature which i cant find anymore. Disappointed that it was taken out because the coach feature was the main reason i liked the app.

The app seemed amazing, it really brought me to running kinda, I even decided to buy Nike version of new Apple Watch because of it...anyway all those challenges are really good idea, but it’s too many people cheating there(common run 150km in a day is physically impossible, which is what some people have there) also, recently I went for a run the same track that I’m really often running, the track is basically 5km exactly, I ran recording runs with this app also and it was always 5k suddenly when I ran it today(same phone, same watch same app) I got just 4K clocked for some reason...kinda disappointed from this and those cheating people, please do something about that so I can give you 5stars as I wanted ;)
The app is easy to use, and really keeps you motivated :)
It is a great app for summer run workout, i just love it
It kind of feels like they backed off a bit. I don’t have the budget to pick up strava, but this app and coach Bennett have been my anchor. One year into at least one run per week. Running for a healthy heart, and to be there for my kid.
More than I could’ve asked for! And it’s free! Best coaching, great plans, incredibly motivating, and great diversity of runs. However, distance is a little off. It depends on how you hole your phone. So if that is the main reason you’re downloading be aware. Otherwise it’s perfect for me (who doesn’t care about pace being perfectly accurate).
My use case: I run just with my apple watch (no phone). I download the guided run (Marathon training) for the week on Monday morning on my watch in advance. But inevitably, when I go outside and start Nike Run Club on my watch, the guided run section never loads. I see three dots (sections) right away, but the other two either take five minutes to load or just never load. What I've tried: the usual assortment of restarting the app, force quitting the app, restarting the watch, restarting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app on both my phone and the watch. The problem is too persistent for me and it's too frustrating to use. Great idea, but bad execution.
App is great. I recommend it to everyone who is nervous to start running, this app can help everyone start running. One thing Id like to see is better tracking of treadmill runs. I wish the Apple Watch app could track my runs somehow because currently i need to hold my phone in my hand in order to NRC to log anything Im doing.
I do not understand why it doesn’t work with the Apple Watch, I even upgraded watches thinking that would help but it only worked for 2 runs, I love the guided runs but I hate that it doesn’t work how it is supposed to.
Started running again last year and don’t think I’d still be in the habit without this app, the guided runs being the main reason. The coaching is pretty good and it’s nice to have someone there helping you focus on why you’re running the run, and inspiring you to do your best. Even when being able to do your best means backing off a bit. The app could have better real time pace, and more analytics post run, but the five stores is for the guided runs.
