Product wasn’t delivered at all
So i ordered a product from the app and it said would deliver in 4 weeks and its been almost 2 months now and the product is not yet shipped and it is so hard to get hold of the customer service it will take you hours to get hold of them through chat or call , very disappointed and never expected such bad experience from a big company like nike . Customer service i am giving negative rating .

Unable to sign up glitch
Every time I add my date of birth it never lets me add the month. I’m not able to sign up and use the app. I’m writing the month and it shows on my keyboard that I wrote it but remains blank and doesn’t let me move forward. Tried downloading it twice.

The computer software needs updating….
I just download the app, loved the beginning where it asked me what sports/activities I was into/gender and age (I put woman, dance, running, yoga). It said it so it could make my shopping experience better - low and behold when you get to the app: this is one of the least user friendly clothing apps I’ve ever used. The clothes it was showing me were men’s clothes for basketball, youth girls jogging pants, and football clothes. After browsing around more, it became a CHORE to find what I would want to buy. Other brand’s apps are so much more user friendly and can be curated to me better. I would highly recommend updating this app.
Can’t write month
Me and my friend could NOT type in the month so we couldn’t even get anything!!!!
App is good but don’t order custom shoes through it
I like the app. Only problem is, when I ordered custom Nikes the only option I was given for sizing on the app was womens sizes. So I ordered the equivalent woman’s size to my normal mens 12.5 which is 14. And when I got my shoes they were mens size 14. This problem does NOT occur on their desktop site which I used to process the return and reorder the shoes properly.
