Stupid app and stupid service. I lost 10k rupees because of them. I was supposed to be refunded 10k rupees and these useless people cancelled the order after a night because of which I didnt get the refund. Useless service. Never ordering from here again. Plain useless app.
Great collection at nike outlet but price are to high and no service 😅
They give mi birthday coupon and when i order they cancelled my order by themselves and now I’m reordering my sneakers they are saying coupon is already redeemed
I ordrered a jacket on app and paid 1230 extra for delivery but then i receive a message that says that i requested a cancellation and noe i have no means of contacting anyone and also the amount i paid for the item is zero now so no refund. Fraudsters
I have ordered Nike lover boys and they have debited the money but I am yet to receive the shoe. I believe this is not appropriate, customer service number isn’t working and no email to sent the complaint.
I tried multiple times from multiple browsers to do payment with my international debit card and it just gets stuck . Even cowdung selling ecom platforms in India have a better payment process / gateway. What a cesspool
There should be some QR code scanner so that we can confirm the authenticity of the product which we have brought online/offline. It’s very important. Even after spending thousands of rupees on a shoe pair, we are always sceptical with respect to its authenticity. So the QR code available in the inside of the shoe should be scannable here on this app.
