Very useful App, with all the info and accessibility you need, to make owning your leaf even more enjoyable

Okay, it’s nice to see the stats for my drive and power use, remotely set the temperature, and know the battery level with estimated driving range. However, it takes about 25 seconds to refresh and show any current status. I open the app and it’s “ready” in under three seconds. It shows info about the car, but the information is out of date. After waiting and staring at the app for over 20 seconds, it finally refreshes with the actual info of the car’s battery, etc. It’s usable but frustrating. Also, I’ve only had the app for two months, but it’s signed me out twice and confused me each time I tried to sign back in. First, it shows a QR code to sign in with a passkey from another device, but I’ve never set one up! So I cancel that, and then try to sign in with my details. However, because the sign in sheet isn’t using nissan.com but some third party, iCloud Keychain doesn’t find the password. I have to scroll through my keychain to find the password. Confusing and annoying. Lastly, the Shortcuts integration always seems to fail. When it does tell me the battery level, it always shows range of 0. I just want to open the app and see the car’s current information and status of the battery. It’s annoying to open the app, see info pop up, but not trust that it’s correct. I keep the app open, waiting for it to refresh, all the while wondering if it has actually refreshed.

While I do appreciate that the added a monthly graph for month power utilization. But where is the total power used per year ? You removed it even though it was there before. It just screwed up one of the most important metrics

Great app, easy to use. Plenty of useful features and information provided. I particularly like true climate control and being able to lock or unlock the car from the app.

It’s too slow to load, and to reflect the actual level of charge. Oh and it was IMPOSSIBLE to set up, had to complain to Nissan dealer who then set it up. I’m not incompetent.

Love the climate control feature in this frosty weather. Overall car is great.

All is perfect with this app however if we could use this within our smart home ecosystem (Apple HomeKit, Matter). That would be awesome. Thanks.

App doesn’t remember password And frequently Face ID malfunctions when operating a command such as opening the car

Not designed with the user in mind unfortunately. For example why not just say what time the battery level was updated? “This Morning” and similar expressions are meaningless on this context.
