Unable to register the app. Installed the YonoLite app, which works adequately but it does not have full functionality.
Worst App to Use
App is same as the service customers receive at bank. Avoid SBI at any cost.
Not working for outside of Indian registered mobile
Since last two years same error and not activating or sending sms at all Not sure how team is testing I contacted support team and branch as well still no luck 😌
Poor UX / Barely Functional
This apps UI is straight up broken on my iPhone 16. Upper navigation UI elements are hidden under status bar / Dynamic Island. They have layouts with fixed height / width and haven’t adapted to modern flex box based or constraint based views. What devices have you even tested this on? Xcode simulator lets you preview on all device sizes for the iOS ecosystem. This is the easier platform to get this right on, how have you failed to follow basic guidelines? The apps basic functions kind of work, everything is just very cumbersome and not user friendly at all and some navigation tasks require you to precisely hit one spot of the screen hidden under a system UI element at the top. Again, most of this shows poor knowledge of app development on the iOS side on the dev teams part and they need to do better or find someone better. If you’re interested in a freelancer that can fix this all for you, please reach out to me.
Fire the developers
This will win first price when it comes to ranking useless apps of all time. They need OTO at each step. App is so secure that even the customers can’t use it. In addition registering mobile is next to impossible. Updating phone or address needs a branch visit and they have Yono app for every different location. What’s the definition of Yono? You only need one.
What a pathetic app experience
I would give 0 stars if I had the option to do so. Pathetic!! Who is the developer of these sbi apps?? Or is it the sbi requirements to develop such old gen app. Looks at some private bank apps. Grow up!!
Account registration fails on mobile app
The account cannot be accessed on the iOS mobile at all. It fails to register the MPIN due to technical error. I have been facing the same issue for several weeks now
The worst bank and the app
This app is so frustrating. Need to set many passwords. Need to enter captchas all the time. Even after that always get technical errors. Can’t even transfer money. Can’t change any permissions. Why the app is created if for everything we need to visit the bank.
UI after update
App developers please check the latest update with iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.2 installed. UI is not working properly.
