Niyo SBM - Old App

Extremely unreliable app. I have been trying to extract funds from my Neo account since morning but it’s not working. If this were my HDFC bank there wouldn’t have been any issue . I am going to close my niyo account

Best Application Ever 🥹🥹 I mean this debit card has made life so much easy you can do any transaction anywhere in the world at a click and that’s just pretty easy. Thank you so much for this service trust me everyone should try this if you travel international.

You registed, you get otp and the when you enter the otp it shows invalid, request failed. Buggy app. Did not pass through user exp test. Crashes randomly while registration. Horrible ux exp.

First of all the app shows outdated transactions. Even if I refresh manually it spins and pops up a message transactions updates but doesn’t show latest transactions. At least throw an error if you can’t fetch transactions than misleading people

App transactions are very slow

Horrible customer service and support. Reply time is greater than 10 minutes per message

It never refreshes and there is always trouble in checking your balance. Will never recommend anyone to download

They delivered cards on time but some outside areas delivery it takes 2-3 days delay but they delivered card on time

No OTP received to log in since RBI stopped all transactions of SBM bank . So how to log in or operate the account??
