Description

Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? In 3 workouts of 30 minutes or less per week, N2R will take you from ground zero to running comfortably for 25 minutes straight.
None to Run is a gradual running plan designed for people like you.
Here's how the N2R differs from most beginner plans:
• Focuses on running time. NOT distance or pace. This makes running more enjoyable.
• Unlike most beginner plans, N2R Includes simple strength and mobility workouts. No equipment required.
• Progresses conservatively to enhance enjoyment and decrease the chances of getting injured.
If you can't currently run for more than 5-minutes straight without stopping to catch your breath, you're in the right place.
The None to Run 12-Week Plan will take you from ground zero to running comfortably for 25-minutes straight.
Thousands of people have already used the None to Run plan to finally become the runner they've always wanted to be. It's your turn.
N2R FEEDBACK:
"A doable program to get running, targeted for absolute beginners as well as those returning to running after injury/time away."
"A gentle, safe way to become a runner."
"A beginning running program, designed to build consistency and keep you from being injured. By the end of 12-weeks, you're running 25-minutes straight."
"Perfect program to ease you into training."
"Actually works for true beginners, those of us who have never been able to run and always hated it."
The N2R app provides the best experience to successfully follow and complete the 12-Week None to Run plan.
TOP FEATURES
• The entire 12-week None to Run plan, with spoken audio cues telling you when to run and when to walk. No time-consuming and confusing programming of intervals is required!
• Once you've completed the None to Run plan, use the Run to Race 5K plan to start working on your speed and get you "race ready".
• There's also a 10K and Half Marathon plan.
• Play music or podcasts using the app of your choice! The app will temporarily lower the volume during alerts.
• Track and store all of your workouts. All workout data is stored securely in Apple Health.
• Runs in the background with the screen locked to conserve battery life.
• Standalone Apple Watch app. Leave your phone at home!
• Bluetooth heart rate monitor support for Apple Watch or iPhone.
• Automatically start the watch app when you start a run on your phone.
• Fill your Activity Rings.
• Show off your stats on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram using share cards.
• NO annoying ads!
• Open runs (when you just feel like working out without using a specific plan).
• Custom run/walk interval workouts (when you want to create your intervals).
• Analyze your pace and stats over time.
• Supports the latest iOS and watchOS features.
• Send your workouts to Strava.
STRENGTH & MOBILITY ROUTINES
• Running is stressful on the body. Especially when you're just getting started. Beginner runners generally do not have the lower body strength needed to cope with the demands of running.
• N2R includes carefully designed strength and mobility routines (with video demos) to help you get strong and reduce the chances of getting injured!

I’m 54 and never ran in my life. This app showed me how to safely and slowly become a runner. When I started I could barely run for a minute. Now I’m running for 25 solid minutes!

If I can do it, anyone can

I was skeptical that this would work for me; tried an alternative program once and failed spectacularly. I did stay on some weeks longer than the program advises but thanks to this program, I’ve been running 3x a week for a year and a half. In my best shape ever in my mid 40s.

As someone is is trying to loose weight and out of shape and not a runner …THIS APP IS AMAZING. They don’t overwhelm you and you start really small and I really appreciate that

N2R took something that seemed so unachievable, broke it down, and created a digestible and easy to follow plan for absolute newbies. I could not recommend this app enough!

Excellent app for running

I have had really good success using the app for my running journey. It worked really well with my Apple Watch. I recently changed to a Garmin watch and wish it could pair with it but I understand the challenges with getting that to happen from a licensing perspective. I have continued to use the app from beginning my running journey and now I am working through the half marathons training. The only thing I miss is Mark’s voice on the app.

Running again at 61 on

I am 61 years old and didn’t know if my old body would let me run anymore. It’s been about 15 years since I’ve ran. I had some back issues which I’m over, thank God. I’ve tried several times over the years to try to get back into it because I’ve missed it so much! But, each time my ankles or my knees would hurt and I would have to stop. But, I’m six weeks in now and so far so good! I believe because of how slowly my body has been introduced back into running that I’ve been able to do it. I have to admit my feet did cramp after the first run and my ankles hurt a little the first couple of times but now that my body has adjusted I’m not having any pain during my runs. I am so thankful for nonetorun that has allowed me to start running again! I have even signed up for a 5k in December!

Life changing

I’m 52 and I’ve always said I couldn’t run to save my life. It just wasn’t the exercise for me. I got too sedentary and wanted to get fit again. I needed something outdoors. Some “me time “ to clear my head. N2R made a believer in me. I’m now running 2.5 miles and loving every minute. Thank you!!
