I am loving this app so far. For new or returning runners, I love that the focus is simply on increasing time running, without any the potentially added pressure of distance or speed - I would find that far too much at the this stage. I use on my Apple Watch and just have the vibration to indicate the start, middle or end of a interval, which is perfect for me. Thank you!

This app has changed my life. Hadn’t run since school, 20+years ago. None to Run take a kind, gentle and supportive approach to teaching you the basics of running. I couldn’t run more than 30 seconds on day 1 and I HATED running. I’m now about to complete my first 10k and I don’t just love it, it’s my sanctuary from else in my life. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
