I have been trying to become a runner my entire adult life. When I turned 43 last month I was proud I’d been officially running for 16 weeks. Every single attempt before this app I found myself unable to maintain anything steady for longer 4 weeks tops. Thank you Mark for starting a challenge my husband told me about. I got excited to run again. (Forgot to hit send on this a year ago). I’m now 44 and on my 2nd 12 week challenge with Mark. I’m now at 183 runs and 355 miles logged on the app. In love with this program and have found nothing like it before or since. Thanks again Mark.

I never played sports, was never “athletic”, and after my 7th baby at age 35 I decided to try something new. I decided I would try running. I started out on my own and couldn’t even run more than 20 seconds without needing a break. It was discouraging to say the least. I tried to get better at running on my own and felt really discouraged by my lack of progress. I tried another beginner-5k program and couldn’t keep up with how quickly the running intervals progressed. I was so frustrated and then I came across None 2 Run. It was game changing! I could keep up with the progression and could feel my progress weekly. I got pregnant with my 8th and couldn’t get back into running until I was cleared by my PT at 6 months postpartum. I jumped right back into the beginner program. This time I could start around week 5, ran a 5k on Thanksgiving and have plan for a half marathon this Spring. Really thankful for N2R!!! It’s worth every penny
