Onoverzichtelijke app die weinig toevoegt aan schermtijdbeheer. Een deel van de functionaliteit is niet in de app beschikbaar en de meldingen over activiteit komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Prutswerk.

Norton heeft veel te veel invloed op de performance. Internet wordt erg traag en googleadservices helpt ook niet mee. Kortom vreselijk spijt van deze aankoop.

De app is zeer onoverzichtelijk. Geeft status offline als het online moet zijn. Erg gebruikersonvriendelijk. Wil snel naar iets beters.

Eenvoudig in te stellen. Goed inzicht in gebruik. Extra toestemming voor sites of tijd eenvoudig en snel te regelen. Alleen, het toezicht is soms te ontlopen door de computer te resetten en dan opnieuw aan te melden. De kinderen hadden dit trucje zo door. Daarom direct 3 sterren eraf voor een app die op zich prima in elkaar steekt.

I appreciate this app for the ability to set and change house rules, block certain websites, and know where my child's is. I am frustrated by the fact that location services keep turning off somehow on both devices. This never happened before with a different monitoring app. And it happens when no one is using the phone or tablet. A smaller issue is that there is no way to lock devices separately. The only option is to lock all of one child's devices. Now I'm in a situation where the morning of a day my child's phone was stolen, the location services were disabled, so I can't locate the phone. And I can't lock it without also locking my child's tablet which she can also use to communicate. Developer response YEARS LATER?

Norton sends me alerts hours after the incident took place. It’s horribly frustrating.

Disclaimer: I am searching for an app that apparently doesn’t exist but all these family screen time apps act like they do. I just want to be able to add time to the child’s time allowance whenever I deem it useful or deserved. So, this app doesn’t do what I want it to. It might be great for you if you want the things it does do (the same things all these apps do). Unless you have an iPad. The app works very poorly on IPad. It’s hard to read and click through.

Can not allow more time through the app. Constantly have to go to the computer to allow more time. Gone through numerous iPhone updates and reinstalling the app which none work. Reporting it is useless as you don’t even get confirmation your report is received. Yet, Norton is always pushing more features they want you to subscribe to when they don’t fix what’s broke

First off, I am not a person who likes to leave reviews good or bad, except if it could save someone else time and frustration. This was the second app I tried (first didn’t have the ability to block out specific time periods), but thought Norton had all the features I was looking for. Spent several hours adding everyone’s devices and getting settings configured. The bed time lockdown worked perfectly as needed, and everything else seemed to be working, but as I was checking settings on the last device I discovered that Safari was not being blocked AT ALL (I checked other devices after this and they were all the same), nor was the content being blocked, so completely makes the app worthless. You could manually turn on/off the internet if everyone is on the same schedule(which we aren’t). Also all the iOS devices I was able to delete the app easily from the child devices, only the Android devices required me to enter my password to be able to remove the app.

This is the best app to monitor your kids’ activities.
