Poor Support
I really wanted to buy Noteshelf premium and switch from Goodnotes to Noteshelf. I held off because I noticed that PDF outlines (in documents that I knew had them) weren’t visible in Noteshelf, despite that being an advertised feature. I reached out to Noteshelf 4 times (twice via the support form and twice on X) asking for confirmation that this feature works in Noteshelf premium (and telling them that I wanted to purchase premium) and received no response. If this is how they respond to inquiries from people wanting to buy, I am not sure I could get support help after making the purchase. I guess I will stick with Goodnotes after all.
An amazing app
It works brilliantly and seamlessly. Get it. You need it and it’s amazing. I’ve used all their iterations.
Great until...
Some thing has happened to most of my (20+) notebooks.. All of a sudden, I have extra copies of notebooks (ex: “my notes” and now “ my notes2“ and "my notes 3") and The covers are all gray and I can no longer open any of my notebooks. I’d really appreciate of support could reach out. I sent an email via the developer website yesterday too. I really don't want to lose all this work!

Misleading- doesn’t actually convert your handwritten notes to text
Doesn’t convert your handwritten notes to text or graphics. And if it does, after 30m of fumbling around to figure it out. It’s not clear at all. Gotta keep these features true and simple guys. Dissatisfied. I want my 10$ back

I’m new to the world of digital note taking but I seem to like NS3. I really wish there was an option for sub/superscripting text for math equations like some of the other apps.. Overall, NS3 is the easiest one to learn.

Why ai don’t working in my ibad he say (Could not connect to server. Please try again later.) Even though I am connected to the Internet.
Laggy
Literally lags everytime I zoom in or out on a simple 10 page PDF file.
