• авторегуляция: вес и количество повторений подстраиваются под твои результаты
• дополнительные упражнения: возьми из списка, или добавь свои
• таймер отдыха: не теряй ни минуты
• графики роста твоих показателей
• автоматический расчёт твоего одноповторного максимума
• работа как с метрической системой (килограммы), так и имперской (фунты)

Я сделал это приложение для себя, потому что ничего из имеющегося в апсторе мне не понравилось. Шло время, приложение улучшалось, и в какой-то момент я решил выложить его в публичный доступ. I would say this might be the best barbell training app there is.

Absolutely love NSUNS. I’ve noticed myself getting stronger & stronger each lift. And the just makes everything seamless!

I’d give it 6/5 stars

as a beginner power lifter that isn’t good at math it’s amazingly helpful and helps me know when it’s optimal for me to try and PR

Super basic and easy to use platform

This app is LEGIT

Simple and effective. I’ve used NSuns on and off for over 6 years now and every time I jump back on I see strength gains. I alternate between NSuns and NcFit and I can’t recommend them enough. Get after it!

THE only NSuns app

Exactly what I was looking for. Super helpful and free. Very clean and easy to use. I know this can sound stupid and just do some simple math in your head but the weights are constantly changing set to set and (hopefully) different each week, it would be kind of cool to have a visual barbell calculator. That being said, definitely download this app if your doing nSuns
