Very buggy
Both the hardware and app is extremely buggy. The wireless component is not reliable. 50% of the time the app can’t reach Nuki, and rest of the time it’s very slow.

i have been owner of nuki more four years it is getting better and better with every update it is solid device i recommend it nuki is very good lock but they need to reduce their prices to match with competitors they built apple home key and touch pad i don’t pay another for keypad batteries to last longer they need to stay ahead of the game deadbolts competitors much more option lower price and they coming for eurocylinder

Jumps out of the app! Firmware update failed! Add user failed
Its 2 days I bought the smart lock and bridge but the app is absolute fail!!!
Auto Unlock slow
Even with the phone awake Auto Unlock didn’t work. Night mode was active 30 mins before the set time.
