The unit does exactly what I need it to, and is the ONLY lock that I found (trying several less expensive alternatives) that works with the multi lock door (lifting handle used in Ireland). However, the button lock unlock function on the lock itself does not always operate if I need to open the door from the inside. I have set the unit to unlock with one push and lock with 2. But it does not always work (20% of the time), which is problematic when I need to let the dogs out at 5 am and the door won’t unlock. It seems that I need to have my phone with me to ensure it operates correctly 100% of the time, this is the biggest drawback to the unit.

Low battery
Super lock however it didn’t give me a warning for low battery. Thanks support I have found the settings for low battery & more. A little bit more super now.👍
Fantastic product & App
This is a fantastic product. Well built, easy to install and operate. The function to open when arriving home works really well. I thought this would be hit & miss but have found it to work 100% of the time. As a suggestion for expansion of their product, they could turn their keypad into a door bell which rings your phone. Personal requirement maybe but it would offer complete solution over Bell / ring / Nest etc Really could do with Control 4 integration which hasn’t been offered
Great app for a great lock
Even though I have to lift the handle to lock.. it becomes second nature..and if some forgets I get a binding alert. Night feature is also great
