Love this lock. You will too.

Bad for your wallet and bad for the environment!

NUKI is bad for your wallet and the environment. Locked out of our house because Nuki stopped working. I called and customer support (CS) and CS identified that our Nuki clutch is failed (immediately after 2 year warranty period). According to online forums it is not a one time issue, there are others seeking guidance in terms of what to do but no help as far as I understand. In short, because of this clutch failure, We cannot use our keys to open our door. We use latest firmware, did a factory rest, no error messages, send screen shots of logs and among other things but nothing worked. Nuki support told me to buy a new one, nothing else they can do—no way to fix the issue or way to take it to somewhere. People should not pay for a door opener $250/€180 every two years—to get in their houses. Not to mention waste of materials thanks to Nuki. I just ordered and received my keypad couple of weeks ago which i’m returning). I asked/requested repedeatly (5-6 times) to someone from the retention department to get in touch with me but no luck… so far going in for third week. I’d like to talk to someone to explain, in detail, my dissatisfaction and disappointment in Nuki as company. Update1: to the Nuki developer: the links you included in your response to my review does not work. I have tried more than four different people to find a solution but no luck. So if you give me proper/working link and email i am happy to forward it to you. Best. Update2: I contacted many people @NUKI, CS told me nothing they can do, they asked me to purchase new one with a discount.

Easy and simple all the way around

Its lovely to be keyless

And so easy to manage for airbnb clients

Okay app, needs some polishing

The app does the basic functionality that was created for. That being said a bit of polishing would go a long way. The flow could be simpler, and accessing some features easier. The Apple Watch app needs most of work; misfires often, and very easy to trigger a door unlock by accident.

The App, company and entire support experience has been phenomenal. These folks rock this field. It does what it is supposed to with no issues.

Nuki lock is amazing... the app needs some work

Could not like the Nuki lock more. simple and non-invasive to install, works like a charm, and so far, extremely reliable. As is often the case with firms jumping into the app game, the app needs some work. The UI is okay but could be much better. the work and logic flow could easily be improved by a highly skilled User Analyst. Overall, a fantastic product and they keep trying to get better.
