I was Leary about it but the food is really good. I have lost 4 lbs in 3 days.

I’ve been using his app since Jan 2018. The other day I logged in and ALL of my logged weight history prior to September 2023 is gone!! I’m SO upset!!! I even called and they said they “don’t have technical support”?? How can that be? HELP!!! Also all of my “recent” logged foods are gone and don’t seem to stick. If I log something then go to my recents it isn’t there. It’s very glitchy now too. Not sure what you did but UNDO IT!!! PLEASE!! And bring back my 6 years of history!

Fix things

All my custom foods are gone, and app no longer sinks with my iPhone. Maybe it’s time to get rid of Nutrisystem altogether! Edit: App still not working! Either get it fixed or I cancel my Nutrisystem account!

When I first started using Nutrisystem, I loved that I could use this app to track everything. I can track the foods that I’m eating what I’m drinking and even the exercise so everything is in one place at my fingertips. Recently, it is getting worse I was able to overlook a couple of weeks ago when the app updated and I lost all of the recipes that I had bookmarked but recently, the update erased all of the favorite foods I had in my menu. It is harder to find foods to plug into the app and I can’t even plug in exercise anymore because when you try to plug in how many miles you’ve walked it just reverts back to 1.0 so I really wish the developers would get a handle on what they’re doing with this app and maybe ask the people who use it for their input on what we would like to see because so far from what I’m seeing it’s getting worse not better

Started having problems with data input. Was not recording step count from phone anymore. Chated and was told need to wait for an update.

Whoever wrote the last update really screwed the pooch. All my custom foods vanished and the search doesn’t find alot of things and it doesn’t import walking data.

Have used this APP for over 7 years and never had trouble finding all the custom foods I have painstakingly entered in that time. All of a sudden I can’t FIND any of these foods??? What the heck happened??? APP is the best way to stay on track and now that is gone! Please fix this issue IMMEDIATELY. Nutrisystem customers COUNT in this invaluable tool to STAY on track and keep the weight OFF!!!

I did an app update a few days ago and now the majority of my custom created foods have disappeared. Also, several of the NutriSystem items are not being recognized anymore in the search bar. I have been copying and pasting my entries from previous days and this is SO VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

It doesn’t save a food entry to be used again. After the last update, the food that was saved from my entry’s were from months ago, not recent. It has turned into a very bad app.
